1. No Refund Policy
All sales made through Artisticbloodline are final, and we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns under any circumstances. This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

Custom artwork, tattoos, and commissioned paintings

Appointment deposits and consultation fees

Merchandise, prints, digital downloads, and other physical or digital products
Once a transaction has been completed, the purchase is considered final, and no refund will be issued. This policy is in place to protect our time, effort, and the customized nature of our services and products.
2. Deposits & Rescheduling Policy
To secure an appointment with Artisticbloodline, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit ensures that your appointment is held, and it will be applied toward the final cost of your service.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to secure another booking.

Deposits are non-transferable, meaning they cannot be used for another service or transferred to another person.

If you miss your appointment or fail to provide proper notice for rescheduling, your deposit will be forfeited.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
For merchandise and physical products, we take great care to ensure quality before shipping. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photo documentation of the issue.

At our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement for defective items.

Refunds are not provided for damaged or defective items. Instead, we will work to resolve the issue with a possible replacement or store credit.

Claims made after 48 hours of receiving the item will not be considered.
4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By making a purchase through Artisticbloodline, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for products or services rendered.

If you have a concern regarding your purchase, please contact us directly at info@artisticbloodline.com before taking any action through your bank or payment provider.

Unauthorized chargebacks will be contested, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
5. No Refunds for Change of Mind
We do not issue refunds due to:

Failure to follow aftercare instructions, resulting in undesired outcomes.
